1. Booking and rental period

a) What is the minimum rental period?

Our apartments are designed for medium to long-term stays.
The minimum rental period is usually one month.
Some of our tenants have been living with us for several years. The rental period is not limited.

b) Can the apartments also be booked at short notice as a hotel alternative?

We offer an affordable alternative to hotels, but specialize in stays of 30 days or more, which is ideal for students, business travelers, expats, or people in transitional phases. All of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen so that you can cater for yourself.

c) What is included in the rental price?

There are no hidden costs with us. The rental price is a flat rate that includes furniture, utilities (heating, water, electricity), and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Only the costs for final cleaning are billed separately as a flat rate.

2. Location and surroundings

a) In which districts are the apartments located?

We offer over 80 apartments in very central locations in Zurich, all in popular neighborhoods such as District 6 (near ETH/University) and locations near the main train station and in the Seefeld district.

b) How good are the public transport connections?

All our locations are excellently connected to Zurich’s train, tram, and bus networks. You can usually reach the main train station in less than 10-15 minutes.

3.Facilities and services

a) Are the apartments fully equipped?

Yes, our apartments are “ready-to-live.” This means they are fully furnished, have a kitchen equipped with dishes and cooking utensils, and come with bed linen and towels.

b) Can I book a cleaning service?

Yes, we offer a regular cleaning service every two weeks so that you can concentrate fully on your work or private life in Zurich.

c) Do I have access to a washing machine?

Yes, all our properties have laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) for shared use.

4. Arrival and formalities

a) Are the apartments suitable for registering with the local authorities?

Yes, as you will receive an official rental agreement for a furnished apartment, you can use this to register at the district office of the city of Zurich (important for expats and permits).

b) As a tenant, do I also have a personal mailbox?

Yes, you will receive a mailbox in your name for your correspondence and parcel delivery.

c) How are the keys handed over?

We organize a personal, very flexible key handover to make your move to Zurich as stress-free as possible.
